Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rosh Learn Academy LLP, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and reliable learning experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by Student

Requests for cancellations or withdrawals must be sent via email to roshlearnacademy@gmail.com. Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment but before class commencement are eligible for a 100% refund. Once classes have commenced, no refunds will be provided.

2. Class Rescheduling – Students

If a student is unable to attend a class, rescheduling is possible only if prior notice of at least 24 hours is given. Same-day cancellations must be informed at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time. If a student fails to inform us less than 4 hours before the class, the session will be considered as attended and no refund or reschedule will be provided. Missed classes without any prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Cancellation by Teacher

Teachers can cancel a scheduled class only by notifying the academy at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify or repeated cancellations may result in suspension from the platform. Teachers will be paid only for completed classes and cannot claim payment for classes canceled by students or the academy.

4. Cancellation by Academy

In the rare event that a class is canceled by Rosh Learn Academy LLP, students and teachers will be offered a rescheduled class at a mutually convenient time or a full refund for that session.

5. Direct Payments to Teachers

Any payment made directly to teachers outside the Rosh Learn Academy LLP website/app is not covered by our refund policy. Rosh Learn Academy LLP is not responsible for such payments or any issues arising from them. If you share your personal data, contact number, or payment details directly with a teacher, you do so at your own risk.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days via the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Registration fees or any one-time enrollment charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
